good days, bad days

Sherry's having good days and bad days.....she's in and out of shock, coming to the realization of how her new future is going to be. Gets up late in the morning, looks like she's sleeping all day, but is trying to keep her eyes close. She sounds raspy at times but her voice is slowly coming back. She's walking more and more everyday, with a lot of encouragement needed push. We are all praying for her eyes to start healing....as in Sherry's words "This sucks". I think shes entitled to feel sorry for herself at times....but we all know she is strong willed and will get through this...as she said....she has a plan....its just gonna be a different kind of plan now....

    Sherry,
    I compare what you are going through with what Joey is going through. It is so different yet so many similarities. I can't tell you how many times I have heard him say "This sucks". It does in so many ways but how happy we are that we get to hear you two say that. You are entitled to feel sorry for yourself, you certainly earned that. I pray for your eyes to heal and Joeys pain in his feet to stop. You two have been through too much already. It just doesn't seem fair. On the other side of us feeling sorry for you two....we have seen you come so far and we are so proud. We know that you have the will to go forward and what an inspiration you are to all of us who have watched you fight this battle. Hang in there Sherry. Our thoughts and prayers are constantly with you. My love to your Family and Vince's Family
